Dr. Linnie C. Swanigan, Founder

Dr. Linnie Swanigan is a dedicated and committed servant of Jesus Christ. He graduated from Birmingham Bible Institute in1996 and received a Doctorate of Divinity from Destiny School of Ministry in 2007. Dr. Linnie has been a member of Evangel Christian Church in Roseville, Michigan for twenty-seven years and has served in multiply areas of ministry such as deliverance and inner healing, leadership training, intercessory prayer, water baptism and foot washing services. He also is a member of the EACM (Evangel Association of Churches & Ministries) and oversees presbytery services and prophetic teams. He has a wealth of wisdom and understanding about apostolic and prophetic ministries and has moved in proven prophetic ministry since 1991.

Dr. Linnie is the visionary and dean of Apostles and Prophets Institute – API (a Destiny School of Ministry program) located in Roseville, Michigan which opened its doors in August 2008. Since its inception, Dr. Linnie along with his wife Pastor Zonita Swanigan who he married in 2002 have worked diligently as a team to train, equip and impart to men and women of God a greater knowledge and understanding about the apostolic and prophetic ministries. He enjoys mentoring and loves serving the next generation of apostolic and prophetic leaders.

Dr. Linnie is also the founder of Cutting Edge International Ministries, which today supports several ministers and ministries throughout the metro Detroit area in foundational teaching, apostolic and prophetic insight, deliverance and community outreach through the Word of God. His passion is to see all believers activated in their divine kingdom purpose and the world transformed by the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
